Avalon Park is a planned community on the east side of Orlando, and is convenient to Lockheed Martin and the University of Central Florida. It is located between the research park by UCF and the new Innovation Way heading toward Lake Nona. Innovation Way will be open soon connecting Avalon Park with the Lake Nona medical city that is growing.
