Considering a move to Orlando? Well go ahead and call me a wimp, but it was cold this morning at a very crisp 33 F. That is almost freezing. It was expected to get colder than that last night, but I guess it passed us by. If you are reading this and thinking, "that's not cold" , maybe you should go ahead and come on down. The high today is only 59 F, but the mercury will be climbing to 71 F by tomorrow. I guess it's kind of hard to complain about it being cold when you cannot remember the last time the temperature dropped to below freezing. Believe it or not that does happen here, but not that often.
If you are thinking of making the move to Florida, even just a winter home, consider a reverse mortgage. I will be speaking with a group from MetLife next week that handles reverse mortgages and Dennis Loxton is convinced that MetLife has really come up with a great product. Contact Dennis if this sounds like something you would like more information about. This could give you the flexibility to go forward with the purchase of a winter home here in sunny Orlando. You may want to go ahead and purchase the home you plan to retire to some day. Whatever your situation is, contact Dennis to see if a MetLife reverse mortgage is the right vehicle for you. I would love to help you find the right home here in the Orlando area.
