Conway is sought out for it's picturesque tree lined streets, the Conway chain of lakes, and it's close proximity to downtown Orlando. The Orlando International Airport is also a short drive down Semoran Blvd. Jump on the Beachline, and be at Cocoa Beach within 45 minutes. The Florida Mall, and the Fashion Square Malls are both within about 15 to 20 minutes. The best part about this location is that you can reach all these places without driving on I-4.

With all the trees, parks and lakes you'll forget that you are just 6 miles from the center of downtown and 5 miles from one of the busiest airports in the world. The schools in Conway are also among the best in Orange county. Boone High School is one of the few high schools to receive an A grade from the state. Conway Middle School and Blankner K-8 also received an A. With great schools and a prime location, it is easy to see why Conway is such a highly sought after area of Orlando.
