Check out today's Orlando Sentinel foreclosure article that made the front page. All we really need are a couple of good months sales to pick up all the foreclosures. Most of the statistics on the foreclosure rates have only been tracked for two years. Yes two years. The two years following the biggest real estate boom in a generation.

The number one effect on the Orlando market is the pull out of investors. They will be back. Remember, Orlando is the number one job market in the US. The people taking those jobs need a place to live. I wish there were more reports readily available on the builders inventory in the area.
