The number of homes for sale in Orlando has really been holding steady for a few weeks now, and the pending sales are slowly climbing. Earlier this week I reported that the median price has continued to rise. I think we might be gearing up for a turnaround. A very respected economist in Florida, Hank Fishkind, recently spoke to a group, and said the he feels as if we have bottomed out.

I feel like we bottomed out about six months ago, and have been hovering at or near the bottom for a while now. The steady inventory level, especially at this time of year is the most positive sign that things may begin to turn upward soon. Check out my new site www.davidwelch4.point2agent.com
