The inventory of available homes, condos, mobile homes, townhomes, villas, etc for sale in Orlando has been quite stable for the past two weeks. It was reported that last month the inventory of homes for sale had gone up by only around 400 compared to May. So far in July the level of homes for sale in the Orlando are has been about the same. I measure the number for sale in the tri-county area (Orange, Osceola, and Seminole), so my numbers differ from the official statistics.
Unfortunately, the pending sales is still down. They appear to be creeping up, but very slowly.
