College football is back. The kids are in school, and all the notices are coming home for PTA, band rehearsals, and real estate is slowing down. Wait, I sent off a listing package to customers in Puerto Rico yesterday, and I have another listing appointment today. I showing homes this evening, and possibly tomorrow morning. I have two closings scheduled for the end of the month and another for the first week in October and four pending short sales. There are three out of state buyers coming to town in the next few weeks too.
