So far there are over 1,100 sales closed with several hundred left to close before the end of the month. We will still be way short of last May, but I think we will be considerably better than April. Also better than April is the median sales price. I think we will be more like the middle $240's, maybe $246,000 - $247,000. We will have to wait to see for sure, but things are at least on an even keel right now.
