It seems like I was just blogging about October's sales numbers, and here are the first round of November's numbers. Halfway through the month, and the sales stand at 353 closed with 1850 pending. The median price of the closed sales continues to stand at $235,000. I currently have two buyers and one seller under contract with a few others that may be making or receiving offers soon.
