The market tip of the day is buy low and sell high. Nationally prices are down for the last nine months in a row. Here in Orlando we have been down one month in a row. The median in March fell from February, but April inched back up. Even with that slight increase over March, April was still lower than last year. I do not have a good read on May yet, but I believe the median will creep up some more. The good deals will not hang around forever.
