I promise this will be my last post until 2012.
There are 9,301 homes for sale in Orlando, and 9,043 homes with contracts on them. Both of these numbers have been steadily dropping as we approach the end of the year. Of the homes available for sale, 867 are foreclosures and 3,142 are short sales.
So far there have been 2,024 closed transactions with a median price of $114,000. It looks like an even stronger end of the year than I anticipated. Good way to end 2011, and looking for a strong start to 2012.
