Orlando Real Estate

There are 9,083 homes for sale in Orlando, and 9,007 homes with contracts on them. Of the homes available, 871 are foreclosures and 3,086 are short sales.

It is too early to start talking about January's sales, but December ended slightly stronger than I had anticipated with over 2,100 closed sales posted so far. The weather may have gotten a bit chilly, but sales have not cooled off at all. Later, I will be posting a blog about how hot cash sales were last year. You may not believe some of the numbers.
