Pending sales are way down from two months ago. We were running around 3,100, and are down closer to 2,600. My web traffic is way up though. Usually I lead the market indicators. I would expect with the kind of traffic increase I have seen, that pending and of closed sales would be going up as well.

I can tell you that the prospective buyers looking on the internet seem more motivated than what I have usually had. I am getting phone calls daily from people who are looking at my listings on line.
