Pending contracts on homes for sale in Orlando are up to almost 1,900 as of today. I don't know if that is because deals are getting pushed to next month or if there are actually more properties going under contract. We will probably have to wait to find out when the official numbers come out. Closed sales are closing in on 700 with a few days left in the month. I estimate we will close somewhere closed to 1,000 transactions again in November. We may be seeing numbers to go along with the improved sentiment that I am hearing.
