I will be out showing condos this afternoon, so if you need me give me a call at 407-924-7670. It looks like I have gotten a couple of offers on condos through this past week. I have a counter offer back from a bank owned property, two more offers outstanding, and one more to write. Can you say things are heating up. Orlando received some pretty good press this week, being the 4th most popular city where people want to live and realtor.com reported that Orlando property searches were up 47% last month. I know that activity on www.DavidWelch.com is up 21% over last month. Over 1,400 new people visited my site in the last 30 days along with about another 2,000 returning visitors.
