Let Me Help You With Your New Home Purchase

Buying a new home can be very exciting, and many people may not think they need a REALTOR® if they are building a brand new home. I have worked with builders here in Orlando for years, and virtually all welcome real estate agents to their communities. In fact, builders keep us in the loop on special promotions that they are offering at their different locations. I get "hot sheets" with inventory homes that are available now or will be ready soon. Builders actually spend a great deal of time and effort marketing to real estate agents to keep us updated on their product offerings.

Some folks think they may be able to get a better deal if they are not working with an agent. I won't say that has never happened, but I will say do not count on it. New home representatives have told me that they take prospective buyers more seriously who come in with an agent. I believe you are likely to get the best deal the builder is willing to offer if they feel you are a more serious buyer. The other thing to keep in mind is that the builder sales representative does not represent you. I have sold dozens of new homes, and if there is a problem with your new home I can use that experience to help you resolve whatever issues may arise. I will always be working in your best interest. Finally, I will give you the straight story on the benefits, costs, pros and cons associated with the community and the builder you may be considering, because I work for you.
